Is there a subscription required?
No. You can rest assured that there are no surprise monthly fees with the ARCCTV security camera. You pay for the camera, and that's it. As for data storage, you can store recordings on a microSD card (up to 128GB). We also offer optional cloud storage for added backup.
Does it protect my data privacy?
Yes. All camera recordings are encrypted, and data transmission is conducted securely should you choose to have cloud storage backup. With local storage, footage is saved directly on the camera’s microSD card. You have total control over this data.
Can it detect motion?
Yes. This camera is equipped with advanced AI and PIR motion detection to not just detect motion but also identify human motion. When movement is detected, an alert is immediately sent to you so that you can check the video and respond instantly, if needed.

Does the camera come with an SD card?
Only the G1 model includes a built-in SD card in the package. Other camera models do NOT come with an SD card. You will need to purchase one separately.
What format of SD card does the camera support?
The camera supports microSD cards up to 128GB in FAT32 or exFAT format.
Do you have to have Alexa for this?
No, Alexa is not required. The camera works independently via the mobile app. Alexa integration is optional for voice control.
What is the viewing angle and What range of coverage is it?
The camera has a 130° wide-angle lens with up to 30 feet of night vision range.
How long does it take to fully charge a low-power battery camera?
It takes approximately 4-6 hours to fully charge the battery using the included USB-C cable.
Will this camera record continuously if I insert an SD card?
Yes, with a microSD card inserted, the camera supports continuous local recording.
Why the Solar Panel Might Not Be Charging?
Ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight for at least 6 hours per day. Clean the panel surface if dirty and check the cable connection.
