Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for local recording. Save videos to a microSD card up to 256 GB, or choose optional cloud storage.
Where should I install the solar panel?
Place the separate 3W solar panel where it receives direct sunlight, and connect it to the camera. It helps recharge the 5,200mAh battery and reduce manual charging. USB charging may still be needed during prolonged cloudy weather or frequent activity.
Will it work with my Wi-Fi?
This camera supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Before mounting, check that your chosen location has a strong Wi-Fi signal for a reliable connection.

Does the camera come with an SD card?
Only the G1 model includes a built-in SD card in the package. Other camera models do NOT come with an SD card. You will need to purchase one separately.
What format of SD card does the camera support?
The camera supports microSD cards up to 128GB in FAT32 or exFAT format.
Do you have to have Alexa for this?
No, Alexa is not required. The camera works independently via the mobile app. Alexa integration is optional for voice control.
What is the viewing angle and What range of coverage is it?
The camera has a 130° wide-angle lens with up to 30 feet of night vision range.
How long does it take to fully charge a low-power battery camera?
It takes approximately 4-6 hours to fully charge the battery using the included USB-C cable.
Will this camera record continuously if I insert an SD card?
Yes, with a microSD card inserted, the camera supports continuous local recording.
Why the Solar Panel Might Not Be Charging?
Ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight for at least 6 hours per day. Clean the panel surface if dirty and check the cable connection.
